Made-to-Order Freshness

All our teas are blended fresh after each order to ensure maximum flavor and quality. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

We ship via EMS (Express Mail Service). We will issue a tracking number and notify you once it has shipped.

Currently, we do not ship to the United States. This is due to regulatory considerations regarding herbal and botanical products. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Fees

Asia: $25 (up to 2kg)
Europe: $35 (up to 2kg)
Oceania: $30 (up to 2kg)

Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days from the time of shipment. Delays may occur depending on the destination country or region and customs inspection procedures.

Duty/Import Tax: Depending on the destination country, customs duties and import taxes may apply. Please note that these fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Please see our returns policy for details.
