Our teas are designed to be brewed over two or three infusions. As the tea leaves open, the flavor changes and evolves with each pour. It's like a slow, savory journey in your teapot.
A superb white tea produced on an organic tea plantation at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level in Uva, Sri Lanka ("white tea" is not a reference to the tea's light colour, but to the silvery-white hairs on the still-closed shoots).
Only one of the youngest buds of the tea tree is plucked, and the tea is made from a luxurious bundle of 16 buds. Enjoy the light champagne water colour and the delicate sweet floral aroma reminiscent of melons. After brewing with hot water, it is recommended to let it cool down a little before serving. The taste is clearer and you will enjoy the long aftertaste.
After the first brew has been poured off, please enjoy the second and third brews. After the second roast, you can feel the depth of the tea leaves and enjoy the tea even more!

Delicious brewing method: Place one Star in a cup or teapot and pour 250㏄ of hot water at 90°C. Brew for as long as you like. The flavour will develop over time. To enjoy the delicate aroma, please drink straight, without blending.
