Organic green tea 'Forest'
Chinese-style pan-fried green tea
An exquisite green tea produced on an organic tea plantation at an altitude of 1000m above sea level in Uva, Sri Lanka.
The name 'Forest' comes from its deep taste, which is reminiscent of the forests of Uva.
This tea is unique in that it combines the qualities of both green tea and oolong tea. Unlike the common Japanese green tea production method, the tea is hand-picked 'one core, one leaf' from organic chia trees, then slowly dried overnight in the Chinese style, and carefully and repeatedly kettle-fried.
The water colour is light green, with buttery caramel and citrus notes with fruity peach accents. You will also enjoy its minty freshness and unique nutty-sweet aroma.

Delicious brewing method:
Pour 250cc of 80°C water over 1.5g (1 teaspoon).
Brewing time: 3 to 4 minutes.
3 minutes for those who like it thin
4 minutes for those who like it strong. To enjoy the delicate aroma, please drink straight, without blending.
