Our teas are designed to be brewed over two or three infusions. As the tea leaves open, the flavor changes and evolves with each pour. It's like a slow, savory journey in your teapot.
A superb black tea produced on an organic tea plantation at an altitude of 1000m in Uva, Sri Lanka. The organic chamomile trees are picked "one leaf per core" and hand-formed into tiny gems, before they oxidise. Although it is a black tea, it has a robust Pu'er-like flavour and a coppery water colour. After the first tea has been poured off, the second and third brews can also be enjoyed. After the second brewing, the taste becomes richer and richer, and you can enjoy the world of black tea even more deliciously.

Delicious brewing method: Place one Gem in a cup or teapot and pour 200㏄ of 95°C water. Brewing time: 5 minutes. Can be enjoyed for more than three brews. To enjoy the delicate aroma, please drink straight without milk.
